Anyone know of dance classes, salsa etc for keep fit purposes near sabinillas this winter February to April.

Hello everybody!  I think I've gleaned from the Internet a car has tohave ITV after four years' registration.  Ours is up for its first renewal1 Jan 2023.  I found out I can register at the ITV centre Estepona and can apply online (goody, that to look forward to!) to make an appointment.  I have two questions:

1)  Do I take the car to a garage first for a       check-over/service?

2)  May I apply in mid-December without         compromising the initial start-date?
