We used these units in our shop (85 sq metres) to keep it cool on hot days. We have closed our shop so they are now available.

You add water and switch them on. There is a remote controller.

On full blast they make a noise so, in our opinion, they are not suitable for a home or very quiet office. A shop, workshop, dance studio or something similar.

The  price is for two units. 

I’m looking for 4.3 tog double or li g size duvets. Does anyone know a British outlet in the sabinillas or Duquesa area. 

We are in Sabi 4th March to 12th March.

Looking for a recommended tradesperson to service our glass curtains (15 of them) 

Also to replace a seized catch.

I have read reviews for Olivenet that are poor and wondered others views on what provider is good in San Luis de Sabinillas area or us Olivenet good in the area? I know fibre optic is an option in my area. Not sure on waiting times to have installed/connected usually? Thank you

I have just purchases a property in Casares Bahia which I hope to use for holiday rentals.  I have been quoted €250 plus IVA (€302.50) in fees for applying for a rental licence plus another €250 plus IVA to register the property at the local police station.  Does anyone know if this is a standard charge as it seems high to me?  Also if anyone knows of someone offering the service at a cheaper rate.

My second question is that I was hoping to get a consultation with an accountant who would advise me on how to complete my rental tax returns  - my hope was that I would be able (with the initial advise of an accountant) to file the returns myself.  I have emailed two accountants to get a quote for a consultation but no response  - I'm presuming that they only want the job if it includes filing all the returns too.  Does anyone know of someone who would be able to advise me on my tax obligations, how to complete the forms, deductions allowable, etc?

Would anyone be able to recommend a keep fit and yoga class in the Sabinillas area. I’m looking for a group class to join mornings or evenings, than
