Had really good uk tv my son went to our apartment. Now doesn’t work. We don’t have internet but had some kind of box that unscrambled tv.

I am looking for an English speaking trades person/decorator to undertake repair of water damage to the bedroom ceiling in my apartment. Relatively small job, removing around 2 sq mr of ceiling, replacing, plastering, and painting.
