Anyone know of dance classes, salsa etc for keep fit purposes near sabinillas this winter February to April.

Hi,
In the park next to El Jamon Supermarket in Sabinillas there’s a lovely little property I think called Mitilda and in the mornings I hear music and see dancing in there. Worth going down there and having a look.

Yes, I heard the same but didn't check it out. I saw it being refurbed so definitely worth a look.

Hi it’s a Zumba class held on Mondays ,Wednesdays and Fridays for pensioners time 11.00 to 12.00.
There is also classes same days but starts at 9.00 till 10.00 for non pensioners.

Not sure for certain but turn up and speak to Jesi the Zumba teacher. Also classes are free for pensioners. Hope this helps. The girls are a nice bunch of mixed nationalities. Hopefully see you there.

Oh wow! Thanks so much. My husband has a few health problems but hopefully I can attend next year and hope to see you! Thanks ever so, and I love dogs!

I recommend wearing trainers and most of us wear T-shirts and jogging/gym bottoms! Hope this helps
