Can anyone recommend a footcare specialist please?  I have a fungal infection on my big toes and cannot seem to get rid!  I am 65.  Many thanks in anticipation.

You just need a pharmacist. (Take a trip to Boots)

Had a similar problem, scholdo a kit for about 12€ , got mine off eBay. It takes quite some time to eradicate it , it’s not a quick fix

Try filing your big toe nail and pour a few drops of CLOVE OIL over it. It seems to be working with me.I file the nail once a week, however, add the CLOVE OIL twice a day after showering or washing feet. This OIL is available locally in Australia, hopefully it is in your part of the world.Good Luck.

Worth a go.  I ride tea tree oil but no joy!  Thanks!
