What is the best non high street online banking which is good to pay Spanish bills through?

Any help and suggestions will be much appreciated.

The three possibilities are:

Wise (formerly TransferWise) which had a successful initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange on 7/7/21 and now has a market cap of nearly £10billion (crazy)
Its EUR IBAN is delivered via its Belgian operation. Not having the benefit of an ES IBAN has its risks because some Spanish merchants’ systems cannot cope with non-ES IBAN’s despite an EU a requirement that they do so

Revolut has a similar profile (Canary Wharf start up) but has opened offices in Barcelona and Madrid and so the ES IBAN is available

N26 is Berlin based. It closed its UK office when we left the EU - but has opened an office in Barcelona so having an ES IBAN account is not an issue

These are progressive companies which are constantly adapting/adjusting/evolving so best settle down with a glass of wine and scour their web pages
