Good afternoon.
We have taken out direct debits using N26 to pay for our IbI and Basura. The Basura DD was taken and paid correctly last month but the DD for the IBI was not taken.
Does anyone know if we can pay the IBI direct, currently in UK, so by online payment?
Have there been any problems with N26 and IBI DD’s?

I just checked, my IBA taken last year in 'July' 2022 by Direct Debit from my N26 account,

I am in La Cala de Mijas, they take their fees in three DDs, Basura first, Council tax second and car tax third, normally in March, April and May respectively

Anyone can open an N26 Bank account, as long as they are resident in the EU and EEA. In order to open an account, you need a mailing address in one of the countries where N26 operates for them to send you your Mastercard.
I think the answer is no.

Correct the answer is no, (for Spain account opened as an ES IBAN number a 'Euro account') N26 operation UK was a victim of leaving the 'Single Market' cross border trade in financial services, they made the following statement. “With the UK having left the EU, we will in due course be unable to operate in the UK with our EU banking licence, so we will be leaving the UK and closing all accounts. .

You can open a Wise account in the UK.

Yes but if open UK will not be an ES IBAN number needed for some payments.
