Hi everyone, I am looking to buy a property in Spain and moving there permanently, but first I would like to go very and rent for a year while I get to know the areas and properties I would be very greatful if someone knows of a place or point me in the right direction

Hello Maire, are you still looking for a long term rental?
My property on a long term let would be 800 euros a month and not the 350 a week as advertised for holiday makers.
Its in the hill village of Gaucin, half an hour inland from the costa del sol at Manilva, which is a lovely friendly village that looks down to views of África and the rock of Gibraltar. It has a good with a mix of spanish and ex Pat community, which is Well integrated.
It has a garden and patio, a garden terraced patio, bbq, studio, three bedrooms very large open plan living room and large kitchen.
I have fully renovated It and may be Up for selling It, but not before Jan of Next year when the three year ownership has been completes.
I do love It, and the área where Ive lived for 22 years but may have to return to the UK to take care of mum.
