Moving to Costa del sol

Hi there me and partner are thinking of moving to Costa del sol ( not sure what area yet), we have 3 children 9,9,3 my husband is a very experienced chef we currently run a restaurant in a rural Buckinghamshire pub! He has been a chef for 30 years, we have done some research on living and working in the Costa del sol, but have read so many negative things about living in Spain! Can someone please give us a truthful and honest advice on life in these areas please! We are both willing to work hard but are worried about schools and settling in to the community! Thank you
