Car hire between Malaga-Competa.

I would recommend helle holis Malaga airport. They are just off the airport and will collect you from arrivals and take you to their office. I have found them to be very helpful and friendly. If you register with them you can receive 15 percent discount. Hope this helps.

The office next to us is called 'autos remo' and they seem to have a good reputation

Be careful using doyouspain, I used them in the past and when I collected the car, they took an amount for additional insurance without explaining what the amount was for, I assumed (stupidly) that it was a deposit which would be returned but it turned out to be for additional insurance which was not refundable. It may have been down to that staff member not explaining clearly, but if you use them, get them to explain what all the charges are for.

Ohhh, that would explain why they are so cheap

We used Do You Spain several times and never had a problem with them. I must admit, I wasn’t expecting much the first time because they were so cheap, but I was pleasantly surprised.  Just make sure you read the fine print and I would suggest full/full for fuel. Full/empty is a rip off. Have a wonderful holiday.
