Thanks 😁 Always a bit of a worry when you give so much details and power of attorney to someone you don’t know albeit they are solicitors. Unfamiliar grounds can be a bit daunting but they seem to know there stuff and if we where to do it ourselves it would possibly never happen. 

They were very professional and we never felt out of our depth with them. Spoke perfect English and helped us through the maze of the Spanish legal system 

I can happily recommend them. We purchased a property near la Cala de Mijas and they were efficient and prompt.

We have also used them back in 2019 to purchase our house. We dealt with Alex Radford who through power of attorney dealt with our NIE, joint will, bank account, insurance and direct debits. Would very much recommend.
