Hello
Does anyone know how long it takes the Consulate to get back to you one you have had your visa appointment? I had an interview on the 5th January at the Manchester Consulate.
I have emailed them but not getting any replies. Was hoping to be in Estepona by the middle of February!!
Not sure whether to start booking my accommodation/flights yet or just wait.

Decision period: The legal period for reaching a decision is of 3 months from the day after the application submission date, but this period may be extended if an interview or additional documents are requested.

We had our interview at the London Consulate on 7th December 2022. On the Spanish immigration website it was reported Favorable on the 20th December. As of today still no returned passports!! I have emailed 3 times, and even faxed but no reply. Telephone pointless, they send you on a wild push button goose chase. So I am just waiting and watching my special delivery tracking numbers, Please post if you get a response! Or your visa!

Ours took three months from application interview to visa being sent to us.
All the consultants seem to be different from 10 days to three months

Hello. I went for my interview at the Manchester consulate on 25 November and received notification that it was ready on 20 December. Collection was between 12.30 and 13.30, Monday to Friday. No appointment necessary. Good luck!

Hi morela, l have just read your post re the application for your n.l.v.I have been making enq re obtaining the same for a number of months, and quickly found out that I would not be able to complete or continue without professional assistance. I made a few enquiries re prices and procedure, but received conflicting advice and big difference in costs involved.Therefore could I please ask did you use legal advisors or did you go it alone.Thanks in anticipation of a reply. I used Chris at upsticks.es. A good guy, blunt and tells it how it is. Worth contacting. Others here have also used him.
