Hi Guys
We will be looking to buy a holiday home in the Estepona area next year when we semi retire. We want a town house with a minimum 2 bedrooms we would love to be in Estepona but realistically our budget will probably not stretch to that. The question is can anyone give advise on nice areas within 10 miles of Estepona where our budget would go a little further ? TIA.

Hello
We are a Spanish Registered and UK Registered Wealth Management and Law company who have an active investors list who are searching for a trophy property that they can add to their portfolios.
If you or someone you know is thinking of selling their top-end exclusive Villa between Malaga and Estepona then please get in touch.
On the other hand if you are looking to purchase a Spanish property then do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss the best ways to structure your purchase including any finance requirements.

We are buying an apartment in Spain but are face with the situation where we need a Spanish Address to open a bank account. It is a catch 22 situation where we need a Spanish address to open a Bank account before we can transfer the payment. My question is, as many other people face this situation. What is the solution.
Thank you
Tom …

Hi there
Just arrived in Estepona. Can anyone please recommend restaurants with good vegetarian options. Tried to find places last night but failed. Went to Pura Vita today which was beautiful but isn’t open in the evenings. My husband isn’t vegetarian so just wanted options that would accommodate us both. Would really appreciate any ideas. Many thanks

Hello. My husband and I lead a pretty active lifestyle. We are considering a move to Estepona. It is beautiful. We wanted to get a feel from this group in which kind of activities you participate. Right now, we attend exercise classes, play Trivia, play a lot of water volleyball, and attend at least two dances per month with live music or DJ. The key for us is physical/mental activities. Can you suggest things?
Thanks.
