Hi. I am a non-resident property owner and need to pay “la renta” tax on my property. I do this myself to avoid solicitors fees. I am a British passport holder. La renta is always paid a year behind. Can anyone tell me what rate I should apply for 2022 bearing in mind that non- EU members pay at a higher rate. Many thanks. Pat

“la renta” is personal income tax not property tax. Or have you been renting it?
Either way you can pay any taxes via these people online, who will advise by E Mail
