I arrive in Antequera on 4/09/18 and will be staying at least a year but hopefully longer.

Yes with all agents here for long term rental you would be expected to pay a months rent as the commission this cost covers drawing up of the legal tenancy agreement costs to translate the contracts admin and finders fee
here in Spain the tenant always pays the agents commission it’s different to the Uk we rent ourselves long term and have paid the agent commission
