Hello all!!

My name is Marina, from the UK , 55 years young and EXTREMELY experienced with animals.

I love everything that is Andaluz and have just returned from a trip to Malaga, Sevilla, Cadiz, Jerez and Cordoba.

I offer house/ pet sits in the UK, and have my own ponies/goat's and sometimes the farmer's sheep!  To come and 'vacuum' the grass! 

Have had horses, livestock, cats and dogs all my life, and am a city and guilds qualified dog groomer.

If any of you need house/pet sits, maybe I could help.

As I would be travelling from the UK, one week minimum duration would usually be required.

This would usually be on the basis of a contribution to the flight.

No charge for the sitting- as I would stay in your house with your fluff balls!

I can be contacted via email to then lead to WhatsApp chat and can provided endless videos etc of dogs in my care.

I just relish the opportunity to visit Southern Spain as much as possible so it makes sense to extend my services outside of the UK.

Hi. I am a non-resident property owner and need to pay “la renta” tax on my property. I do this myself to avoid solicitors fees.  I am a British passport holder. La renta is always paid a year behind. Can anyone tell me what rate I should apply for 2022 bearing in mind that non- EU members pay at a higher rate. Many thanks. Pat

Is there any English speaking hairdressers in Antequera?

Hi, my dog is 12 years old and has liver problems, we just can’t get him to eat the food he requires to have here, chappie wet food in cans was perfect for him back home, does anyone know where I can have this delivered? I’ve looked online but most sites are looking for £45 and over just for delivery charges 🥹

I am looking for a removal company for a 30 km move from the countryside into Antequera. Only a small amount of furniture and a few boxes.

Looking for help with our property. We’ve had it around 8 years and it has deteriorated badly.  Independent drainage specialists have found no water leaking under our house but the town town hall drains are not watertight and have been seeping water over time which has had caused subsidence. Cracks/movement so the house is no longer habitable. A huge loss. Insurance company have these photos and  reports but say they sent a plumber and he saw no leaks. It is wrong that we just lose our home. Recommendations and advice would be greatly appreciated.
