February rental

Hello everyone. I'm looking to rent a 3 bed, 2 bathroom house in Alcaucin for the month of February.
We're all of "a certain age" ( min 60 ) and very careful and tidy
I'm coming for the whole time and my friends will come and go.
I have borrowed a car from friends in the area but would prefer a house/appartment within walking distance of the town centre. We would like a balcony and the property must have heating.
Budget is up to 900 euros and we're happy to pay into an English bank account.
