We lost these two old Mochhichi monkeys, and would like to have them back.. Our child especially is very sad losing her two babies and is crying a lot since, so we would be very very grateful finding them.. They were in our family for generations, so they mean very much to all of us, so please help..
If anyone finds them, please contact us- we also pay the finders some reward!!

My wife and I are applying for the Golden Visa and are arranging private medical cover.

I declared that I had a stent fitted 4 years ago, as such the medical insurance company wants to exclude any heart treatment cover. I realise I only need the policy for the Golden Visa application so will most likely accept this.

Once I have residency under the Golden Visa I assume I can simply rely on the Spanish health system?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I just lost my light blue wallet between Sabadell bank & la calle de Mijas el mercado la calle de Mijas & Lidle.

It has bank cards, drivers license.

FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT RETIRING TO SPAIN- CHECK TAX STATUS FIRST

I was hoping to retire to the Costa Del Sol as soon as I could sort out my "non-lucrative visa" here in the UK and the flights were back up and running.  However, now we have left the EU and you want to become a resident in Spain you will need to check your tax status.  I asked the question IF I SELL MY PROPERTY IN THE UK "HOW MUCH TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY ON MY UK PROPERTY IF I BECAME A TAX RESIDENT IN SPAIN".  (I WAS ADVISED TO ASK THIS QUESTION)

The reply that came back was  IF YOU BOUGHT A PROPERTY IN THE UK IN 2004 FOR £150,000 AND ARE SELLING IT NOW FOR £250,000 - SPANISH CAPITAL TAX ON THE SALE WOULD BE APPROX 20,000 EUROS!!!!

HAS ANYBODY ELSE COME ACROSS THIS?  I WOULD BE INTERESTED TO HEAR FROM ANYONE ON THIS MATTER.
