LPG gas delivery

Is there a telephone number or contact that I can use to get Repsol or other to deliver to my house in Mijas La Nueva…I am now too old to hire cars and Repsol want an extortionate amount to inspect my kitchen gas bottle and governor…I am and still hold my Gas Safe certification in the UK and I do carry out an annual test on my equipment…In the past I took the empty bottle to the Repsol lorry in Mijas pueblo on the day it was there and they just exchanged it…I would be very greatfull for any help…
