We will be doing a substantial refurbishment and we will need trades plumber, plasterer, electrician. 

We hope to be recommended an English speaking builder or tradesmen etc. Somebody who can get the nevedsary licences etc and remove all waste correctly. Fingers crossed

Nick has moved back to England but I have the number of a very good Spanish plumber he does not speak English but we always manage using Google

I need to get my water boiler sorted out in September, we was at my house in Velez Malaga in February for 10 x days and we had to boil the kettle to wash down in the sink with shower gel, Also need to give the floors a good clean, once I get the boiler sorted out we will be able to shower and wash pots in the sink.
