Now that I have my health card I'm impressed with the GP/hospital/nurse/vaccine services - but I am less so with this app which bills itself as:
It's not a language problem - it's just the clunkiness of registering for it.Can anyone suggest a source of technical help?

I think you need a digital ID certificate to use the App see link https://balcellsgroup.com/digital-certificate/
Nothing is easy, might be best to get a very young person to help. lol Or like most things pay a Gestor to sort out.
