We have already met some lovely agents whilst being shown property but it's not the same as somebody who has purchased and moved here.

Hi Jaqueline.

Good luck with your search, I have purchased a house in the old

historical quarter, just around the corner from the Muvvel Museum its quite hilly, but we will get used to that after a while. only using as a holiday home for now. Myself and my wife are coming over to Velez on Feb 18th 2022 to 28th Feb if you are then its coffee time.

Hey,

That's great. I'm not quite sure of what is happening next year, yet. But we will certainly meet in the future.

At the moment we are between 2 properties. One with work, but not too much and the other is a complete renovation. Thankfully my son is ex construction so he is willing to make it work. Both are close to the Museum so we will be neighbours. Just have to decide.

Hi Steve,

In your search did you come across a builder? We need a registered guy who comes well recommended. Or did your estate agent appear amenable to assistance in that area, if you needed it. We understand we have to pay someone but, although my son was in construction for 30 years, we understand that a registered guy/firm will be speedier gaining lincences from the town hall etc.

Sorry but it's lovely and warm here with gorgeous sunshine. Definately autumn but not like the UK.

Hi Jaquelene.

I didn't need any building work done on my house, the only thing I had done was a front door security gate fitted, to give me peace of mind from our Squatter friends.

Good Luck with your house, where are you looking in Velez ? My house is in the historical quarter 10 minutes from FORTALEZA and 5 minutes away from the MUVVEL Museum, Its quite hilly but we will get used to that.
