Mobile phones etc post brexit

As somone who has just arrived or perhaps there maybe "swallows" who have their english mobile and use FREE roaming so the question is post brexit ie as from today
as far as i see Tesco (who use o2) are watching the situation but free roaming still exists
i,m also considering lobster.es https://www.lobster.es
has anyone experiance of using them ??
