These are first class, book and will pick you up outside Malaga airport. All cars new and been on  the Costa del Sol for 38 years, have a fleet of 1500 cars.

As has been said many times before and by many correspondents,  malagacar.com are by far the best value for money, offer full insurance with no excess at the time of booking and offer a very reliable service. They meet you at the airport and take you back although their site is very close to the airport. 

Last year when I had to leave Spain half way through my 3 month stay and return the hire car early, before I got home there was already an email asking if I wanted a credit note or full refund. The refund was paid by the end of the month.

I have used Malaga Car good too, but HH better, right now price the same I have a booking for pal this week, Malaga price was no cheaper.  But HH have plus points, also includes second person insurance, they should be warned some firms charge for a full tank, no credit & have to return almost empty.
