Manilva town or Manilva Playa? The Town is at the top of a hill wth beautiful views, many shops, bars etc. The Playa is a long sandy stretch of beach, very quiet in areas but near to all amenities, Duquesa is bustling with plenty of bars, shops etc. but a 20 min walk further west will bring you to quieter Communities but lovely walks .  The choice is yours as is the variety of budgets. Good luck, as it is where I too want to live.

Hiya Ant

we are looking for the quieter side of things we are in our 50's and looking for a holiday home to start with, however we will be looking to retire there eventually

we do enjoy the lively areas and would love to have the choice of both.

We prefer to be closer to the town/beach but we dont mind the mountains as my understanding is there is more house for your money

at the end of the day we want to be in a good climate away from the poor weather here in the UK

Regards
