New to the area - interested in meeting people

Welcome to Estepona. If you're not there already go to Facebook and search for the community group, Estepona Info & Chat. It has 19000+ members. You'll find a lot of people to interact with. Obviously not today, as it's pouring, but get yourself down to Café de Theresa on the edge of the old town. It's a tiny little place but incredibly friendly & you'll find yourself chatting to people in moments. They have a Facebook page and also a website. It would be an excellent starting point.
