Here is the spec I said I'f send you
We are a retired couple who have finally given up
on the UK weather and have decided to spend at least 6 months of the
year in the Estepona area.
I'm 69 years of age and my wife is 66 so we want
to keep the investment we make to around 100,000 -120,00 Euros
maximum, (less would be better) due to our age and also the
uncertainty of the Brexit situation.
We have a reasonable knowledge of the area as we
holiday there a couple of times each year but our knowledge of living
in the area etc. is basic so we are looking for a professional agent
to help us find a property in the right area for long term living .
Here are our basic property specs

Bathrooms, Minimum 90sqm living area.
Large
terrace with open aspect view of garden, golf course,
mountain or sea. We have no interest in properties that look directly
out onto other buildings
Garage /
Parking space, If possible storage room.
If apartment
is above ground floor a lift would be an advantage .
For Town
houses the same spec as above with but with a roof solarium.
We are
interested in new, repo and resale. Like everybody we are looking for
the perfect property at a bargain price, however we are realistic.
Although we would prefer a property we could move into we won't
dismiss properties that need some work doing if the position and
price is right
We are
returning to the area on the 14th March until 30th
March with the sole intention of looking at property and we are
drawing up a shortlist before we arrive.
