As long you have applied for a lucrative visa & meet all the qualifying criteria, you can still use your S1 in Spain. No where does it say you cannot apply for it. Spain still recognizes it for Health Care.Show me where it says it is not valid anymore!!!

I did see on a site a reference to S1 BECOMING invalid FOR UK citizens GOING ABROAD TO EU FOLLOWING BREXIT but I Add I did not study the reference  in detail

...can register with the local health authority as I am paying my tax etc.. but not sure how to go about this, can anybody let me know the procedure.
