We have a property in Estepona and I am enquiring about procedure to see a doctor if we need to - English speaking as we unfortunately do not speak Spanish

The Estepona area is around 23km long so you may find it a bit of a journey getting to him, but his name is Dr. Peter Furness. He has a clinic just by Estepona Port. His number is 952 802 907. My family and I have been using him for 20 years. He is like G.P.'s used to be in Blighty as well as being an excellent diagnostician. Hope that helps.
