It has already been stated that Brits are not allowed to visit Spain until September or maybe later and are encouraged to holiday in their own country for the time being. So I would check before making your journey

Current UK FCO advise against travel is open ended AFAIK , i.e. could change before, or after September

...using to refund. It is like we are giving these companies a interest free loan. Selling of package holidays should stop until the government gives the green light.

Problem a lot of people will have is dealing with airlines like Ryanair and Easyjet. They will just refuse refunds and offer discounts because you never took the flights you booked. The insurance companies will be just as bad. They will use this as a way to squeeze more money out of us.

This pandemic has caused so much destruction and is far from over if ever. I would certainly be very cautious in booking anything at the moment until you get proper valid confirmation
