The requirement to fill out a passenger locator form has also been dropped.

Hello

I landed here again 4 days ago. My husband did NOT need to complete a locator form as he is double vaccinated snd had a digital proof NHS cert. I had a recovery certificate but as it was NOT digitally scannable, I DID have to complete a locator form. As it happens neither of us was asked for our documentation when we arrived. Also rules are changing constantly, but that was what we needed to do 4 days ago to enter Spain. Hope it helps.

Sure, but just to be sure, to be sure, as we say in Ireland 😀. It's a simple form. Very best wishes ✌️.

It is worth checking as if you have an EU digital certificate you do not but countries out side the EU have to fill In the form as the QR code is different.  For example UK you still need to fill locator form in and upload the COVID certificate.

You can check your certificate by uploading to see if valid at the website https://spth.gob.es/validator

We were in Alicante last week and no locator form was required. Our covid status wasn’t checked either!

This is not the correct information or link.

If you have an EU equivalent certificate (which the UK does) then you do not need to complete a form.

This is the right link and it checks and confirms the certificate you hold.

You just need to take a photo and upload the file.

I have just got back from Spain last night and this is what I checked before I left the UK.
