This post that was quoted has been deleted.

I am so sorry, it must be a nightmare for you. We moved here a couple of years ago after being in commercial training. We rarely spent more than 2 nights at home and living in hotels and travelling all the time just wore us out. We just walked away in the end and have never looked back. The only thing you can do is make the best of it. It will be getting lifted in a few weeks, so just hold on. Wine often helps.

Hi thank you for replying. Our regulations in the UK are not as strict and I am beginning to feel that perhaps we have approached this the wrong way. We are hoping to get out to Duquesa again end of August/Sept but I am sure that there will be strong restrictions on flying. We have had to cancel 2...

... flights already and one in July coming up.  Keep safe and well

Tracy

It has already been stated that Brits are not allowed to visit Spain until September or maybe later and are encouraged to holiday in their own country for the time being. So I would check before making your journey

You cannot help yourself can you? Here is your latest attempt to be adequate, you are not. Your literacy levels betray you. I have never said I was retired, you are making claims that are imagined. Look at the errors below.

1. Lower case i instead of a capital letter

2. Double space between words

3. 2 full stops

4. Question mark after a statement, not a question

5. Your instead of you're

6. How can you possibly know my current status?

7. I have a life

8. Moronic use of End of. Pathetic. End of what exactly?

I threw people of courses for not being able to perform at Level 5 and above, you would never make Level 1 as proven here.

I'm not upset i just don't like or approve of people putting others down  when it is neither the time nor your place to do so.. You are retired?  Stay that way. Your not a teacher or management now. Get a life.   End of.....

Hi guys,

This is not what this site was designed for ?

I’m still struggling at 60 to understand my sons texts messages with all the slang and part-phrases he and his fiends use and he has a masters in physics.

Let’s all try and be friends , especially in these troubled times.

Hi we have not cancelled ourselves yet as we have had 1 flight cancelled and they are saying if you require a refund it will be dealt with after COVID ends. That's with Ryanair. We are hoping the same for July if the situation is still the same. Here in the UK rumours are that no restaurants and ...

...bars will open again until Jan 2021 and flights will be cancelled until towards the end if the year. Its looking unlikely we will even get to Spain in September. Very concerning times.

I’ve never heard a rumour that bars and restaurants in the U.K. may not open until 2021. Where on earth did you hear that from?!

My apologies if I upset some people, that was never my intention. I hope everybody stays safe and well.

We are looking after 2 houses for people in the UK and the situation here is quite serious. Many places may not open at all because of the virus as many are small family run businesses that survive week to week. A lot of people use their 2nd homes for rent as well and many have mortgages. There has to be support from the government or the the country will just go bankrupt.

Thanks for your reply. It has been indicated over here but nothing has been confirmed. I do believe that will be the case unfortunately. It's very upsetting when flights have already been booked and airlines are refusing refunds! Stay safe all!

This is what the government advise situation can change quickly though. I was actually in the Far East when it broke out. Luckily, I am not infected.

It is very worrying times indeed. If it was as simple as rethinking holiday plans that would not be to bad. I worry about my property also, because part of the home insurance policy is that it is not stood empty for a long period of time. God only knows where this leaves us? Another thing to worry about! Any thank you for taking time to message me.
