Due to the restricted stay allowed post Brexit, I am looking at using property for a limited time and renting it out for rest of the period. Is anybody in a similar situation and tips you can offer?

Thanks. Thats quite shocking statistics. I was just wondering if anybody on this forum is renting out their property for part of the year and keeping it for personal use rest of the year. Wanted to know from these people if its working out-at least to cover part of the expenses and not to leave the property unoccupied for prolonged periods.
