Comings and Goings
I have a British and separately an Irish passport. Can I move freely in Spain staying more than the 90 day rule using my Irish passport?

If you have an Irish passport you are an EU citizen no problems. If you stay for 183 days technically you become a tax resident..

Thanks David, thought that was the case just needed confirmation. I pay tax anyway on my apartment.

I believe as a Non-Resident you are paying Annual Tax on your Apartment in Spain. If you stay for 183 days or more in any one year, you become a Fiscal Spanish Tax Resident and you taxed on all your worldwide assets. Beware!!!!
