I have a family of 6 adults looking to hire a driver with taxi for approx two days to allow them to explore the area between rivière and Marbella.  they’d like to book this in advance of their arrival so they can plan days out. Thank you 

We bought a Penthouse Apartment Attic last year with a Balcony.  Somebody recently pointed out that our Neighbours to the side of us have access above their property and also across to ours.  The rest of the Penthouse Apartments in the Bloque have spiral stairs and access above their own property.  Any advice or your views would be appreciated.

Any advice on what to do for a Will.  We own an apartment that we bought after the death of my Brother and is in mine and my husbands name.  In the event of either of our deaths we would like the property to be eventually left to our 2 children.  My Husband has 2 Boys from his previous marriage and we have provisions for my Step Children in there.  Do we need a Spanish Will and can you recommend anywhere at a reasonable cost.  We are in Rivieria, Mijas Costa.  Any advice would be very much appreciated.  :)

I’m looking to rent a room for a couple of weeks, with the hope of maybe returning every other month in or near Riviera Del Sol. Access to a pool/balcony would be great but not essential.

I have a bathroom job in Riviera del sol & unfortunately because of a back injury I cannot take the job on. So I’m looking for someone to take out bath & open the area up with a wet room instead.Aqua boards on walls to reduce maintenance. Works to commence in April.

Myself and my husband are new to the area from Ireland. Any help or advice would be very much appreciated! We hope to work here but we know the first thing we have to do is apply for our NIE numbers. Where is the local Police Station or Town Hall and how do we get there on public transport please.
