Give these people a try.  I do believe its all they do and super reasonable.  I have not used them myself and have no affiliation to them but a few years back a neighbour needed to deal with this and these folks came up.  I heard nothing negative about them.

Best thing you can do is to use a “gestor “ they don’t charge much but then it’s done  professionally and they log it in for you.

You can go on the Spanish Tax website, there are instructions on how to fill in the form in English Ihave done it and found it quite easy,

Incidently I was quoted 80 Euros to fill it in by a Gestor and the amount of tax to pay was only 70 Euros !!!

I did check it out you can go on line I put in “ Spanish form 210 in English “ and it came up in English . It will ask you for a number and if first time you will click no for not having then you put in your Uk national insurance number. A while later they will send you the code number to do,it on line.

I have printed this form off in English will see if I can find and down load copy so you know the questions .

Due to COVID this year we had our lawyer do it. He charges us £120 euros. 
 As non resident two bed  flat we pay about £320 each year in tax and out lawyer £120. 

 I pay about 70 euros per year in non residents tax on a property that I paid 100,000 euros for five years ago ,
