Good Morning 

We are visiting the Estepona  area first week in April to find a 2 bedroom apartment or townhouse to rent for a minimum of 6 months. We are looking for a property with an open view from the terrace, a living/dining area , if possible a separate kitchen. It has to have a parking and if above 1st floor a lift. 

The use of a pool isn't important and It can be up to to 15 mins inland.  

We are looking in the Estepona, Manilva, New Golden Mile areas but will consider other areas. 

We are a retired couple and also active, published authors hence the request for a terrace with an open view  ( Sea, Mountains, Golf) as we write most days and need an open vista to do this. 

The property must be comfortably furnished and have or can be easily connected to a good Wifi signal.

We are a retired professional couple who are visiting the area from 14 March to 30 March to view properties. We are looking to rent a comfortable apartment in the Estepona Careras Playa New Golden Mile area for 16 days. The apartment needs to be comfortable and with an open view from its sun terrace.

It needs to have Wi-Fi, UK TV. And parking.

We are a pair of old age perishers who have finally given up on the UK weather and we have decided to move to the Estepona area to spend some time in the sun We are looking for an apartment or town house with 2 bedroom & 2 bathrooms and have set a budget of 120,000 Euros due to a number of factors inc Brexit, but we would increase this for the right property

We have made contact with a couple of agents via the net and frankly we are not impressed. Perhaps I should say that in a past business life we were property agents and developers in the Costa Brava for twenty years so although we have been out of the business for many years we do have some insight and knowledge. 

My reason for posting here is that I'd like to connect with a good professional agent who can take our instructions and source properties for us.

We are returning to the area in March and will wish to view then.
