I am in need of a 9 months rental ideally close to the old town.  I am about to start building my home in the old town and want to be close to watch the process. I am currently in an airbnb until April. 

I have a car but don't mind parking on the road and I commute weekly to London for work but here most weekend. 

I prefer not to head towards Manilva.

My name is katerina and I’m 19 years old. I was on vacation with my family here and decided to move here. 2 weeks ago I found an Appartement and live near to San Pedro’s now! I played professional tennis for 12 years and also played a lot of tournaments. I also was a waiter in a Mexican restaurant for 2 years. I would love to stay here and need a job as soon as possible. I am a property owner and spend 6 months a year in Estepona, that is twice a year for 90 days at a time

I have brought my Fiat 500 to Spain and it remains here full time.I will soon be registering the vehicle here in Spain ( July 2024).Can anyone advise me as to whether I can insure the vehicle in Spain while it is still UK registered Also I would like to consider insurance just for the periods I am in Spain Is this possible. Any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi everyone. My fiance and I have previously lived in Spain and are now wanting to return. Estepona is one of the areas we are interested in, and we are hoping to be on the move around april/may this year. My fiance is working offshore and I am currently on my eight year working for one of the largest animal hospitals in Norway. I have worked in animal hospitals in Spain before, but are wanting to try something new. I am wondering about the possibility to work for private people with animals, dog walking, or anything else one might need. I love all animals and are comfortable with every kind. If anyone would need something like this, or know of anyone who might be interested please let me know 😊

Is there anywhere to buy second hand adult bikes in estepona?

Hi there

My husband and I are coming out to Estepona  in February with the aim of viewing some apartments, hoping to buy. We just wondered if you could possibly provide some contacts for estate agents please so that we can take it further before we arrive. It would only be for a one or two bed apartment for our family’s holiday use. So not a big budget.
I hope you can help, it would be most appreciated.

Curious if others are having any issues with Water companies cutting off the water on daily basis with the guidance from water company being they have a daily limit and once that is exceeded, water is cut off until the next day for all residents. Living in a complex around Cancelada / Costalita area...
