Mr. Kevin Sealey ( Colmenar) charges 10.000 euro in black money , taxes ayuntam. not included. I did one house for 1000 euro 3 years ago ,lost 7000 with Mr. Sealey,and doing my second house of 40 years  for 1500e ,with same architect of Colmenar.as first house  I should have know you before. Hi, I am new to this forum and new to Vinuela.

I was just reading how cold it gets in winter and wondered if it’s possible to install oil fired central heating, ie with a fuel burner outside and radiators inside like I had in Ireland.  Would I be able to get a tanker to deliver fuel on a regular basis and does anyone know someone competent to install the system please?

Hi, Yes, it is colder than coast, but not as cold as Competa! I made the mistake of installing a gas boiler there and rads with propane tank...Full blast it could not warm the house more than 60 degrees F in winter. I moved to southern France and researched all options ( oil, nat gas, propane, wood, and electric. The best and most economical was the latest high tech heat pump systems called multi-split units. One outside unit serving up to 5 indoor units which provide air conditioning as well as efficient heat in winter. I have had it for 3 years and it works very well. I used Mitsubishi Brand units.
