Hello all! Just to keep you informed I finally got my clave@pin so I can access details about my tax and health records. Bit of a nightmare. Do NOT apply online, they do not acknowledge. Go online via Zoom. Enrol and get the Zoom app first (I had to ask a Spanish friend to help me out). I finally got one. You also need two layers of security on your phone (ie biometric fingerprint or another PIN password). It took me one hour but after waiting 12 weeks, what the heck?!!
