Not speaking Spanish, I'm struggling to find a real estate agent who will accept commission / fee and arrange me views and work with me to help choose house in Andalusia as a whole.
I hear ''Oh, that's Granada, but we work only in Malaga'', ''Oh, that's two hours drive from our office'', ''it's not in our portfolio''.
My idea is to see several homes in few days - some in Malaga, some in Granada, some in Jaén and Almeria.
Need flexibility to drive few hours, which will be covered as time and milage (T&A by me).
I'm willing to pay both seller's and buyer's commissions + travel, accommodation and hourly fee for the translation and formalities.
There are several properties in the map attached, which I'd like to view.
