English Speaking Radio Station

Hello everyone. I am an entrepreneur with a background in eCommerce, Digital Media/Marketing & Radio Programming. I have exploring the idea of opening (yet another) English language station on the Costa del Sol. I am familiar with the existing market but but believe there is a gap to be filled. Would anybody be interested in getting involved in this project on a financial side and or volunteer?
