Broadband and English tv channels

What is the best way of getting English tv channels on Spanish tv. Also what is the best broadband deal. We do not need mobile phones
I'd get a decent IPTV sub and stick it on a fire stick. As long as you've got at least 4mbs bandwidth you'll get the full Sky channel set.
