Does anyone know if it is possible to be treated with Hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin on the Costa del Sol?  Are doctors able to prescribe it and is it possible for them to get these drugs?

Or maybe this..... https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2020/04/donald-trump-hydroxychloroquine-push

A personal view entirely but I'd wait for some scientific evidence in its favour before following any advice from Donald.....

It appears we should be grateful that 72% of Spanish MD's are more interested in the health of their patients than proving Donald Trump wrong.

I'm not sure what point you are making. Nobody is trying to prove anyone wrong.Take it, don't take it, my point was that Donald Trump appears to be going against scientific thinking. And personally I would believe and follow a scientist's advice over Mr Trump. But you do what you feel comfortable with. Nobody is judging you.

You can buy online from places like

http://www.lloydspharmacy.com/en/hydroxychloroquine-200mg-tablets

but they would be delivered at a cost. Just search the net.

Not impressed with involving politics during such a serious outbreak

Somebody asked a question about health and how to access drugs that may or may not help. People are dying and you reduce it to partizan politics?

Not at all. I was simply pointing out that the whole idea of using Hydroxychloroquine at all appears to have come from Donald Trump who was advocating its use when scientific advice was expressly saying quite the opposite. This as nothing whatsoever to do with politics or political views. I was simply suggesting that following advice from a medic or a scientist would, in my opinion, be a better way forward than listening to a politician who still doesn't appear to be social distancing especially when he appears at news conferences. As I also said, the OP can do whatever makes him feel comfortable, nobody is judging. Apart from you, apparently.
