Hi  there, firstly hope all are well.

We have had another electricity charge for our 2 bedroomed apartment in La Duquesa for €72. We have never been there for obvious reasons, so this is a standing charge.

Can anyone recommend a cheaper electricity supplier please? Our current supplier is Endesa.

Thank you. Hopefully see you soon once we get the vaccine.

K

There is a company advertising cheaper electricity and I read a post on social media from a woman who changed. She claims the tariff offers cheaper rate from 11pm until 1pm and says bills have been reduced by 40%. She changed via email and it took approximately 10 days. Energy Nordica is the company. Those standing charges you are receiving are horrendous. Have you questioned this? Hope the above helps. Good luck

Standing bills are going to be high no matter who you are with because they all buy electricity from Endesa (that is what I have been told anyway).  You can contact Rafalux to help you get the 11pm to 1pm 50% off deal or perhaps another option they have is better for you.  Talk to them:  https://rafalux.es  (they do have a guy that speaks perfect English).

Also I have heard people have problems with their Water Tanks not working effectively.  Maybe you need a plumber to go to the apartment and check this out.

Good luck.  That is so annoying to have high bills when you cannot even enjoy it.
