Amazon Hub Locker provides you with a self-service delivery point that allows you to pick up and return your Amazon.es packages. Lockers are currently available in various locations in Spain.
During checkout, you can choose an Amazon Hub Locker as your pickup point and check its location and opening hours. Depending on the chosen Locker and the availability and location of the product, you will be able to select the shipping method. For more information on shipping options, see our Shipping Rates and Options help page.
If at the time of processing your order you cannot select a specific collection point, it means that the delivery option is not available because your order does not meet the requirements in terms of dimensions, category, amount or availability of the product.
Note: if the chosen shipping address has Apartment Lockers, the order will be delivered by default to the Locker without the need to manually select it. If you don't want your order to be delivered to an Apartment Locker, please set up your delivery instructions before placing your order.
Once your order is delivered to the selected Locker, you will receive an email notification with instructions and a pickup code or a "Start Pickup" button depending on the type of Locker. Upon arrival at the Locker, follow the instructions in the delivery confirmation email to pick up your package.
