We are due to return to UK on Tuesday 20th July and need to arrange COVID tests.  2 days before we travel is Sunday 18th - assume appointments are not possible on Sundays.  Would Saturday 17th be acceptable (Monday might be cutting it a bit fine)?  Would anyone recommend DAM centre ?  Location and costs please ?  Can anyone help with contact details so we can make an appopintment.  Many thanks

Did you know Malaga airport does Antigen testing with immediate ‘Fit to fly’ results. You book your test and time slot online. That’s what we have done for our return trip late July. Also remember to order you day2 and day5/8 tests before you leave as you will need your kit numbers to be added to your UK passenger locator forms.

We flew home on Saturday we had our test done at Interklinic in La Cala they are situated above Supersol.

We booked our test by telephone and had the test the day before travel at a cost of 45 Euros per person. I wouldn’t suggest Malaga Airport as the queues were horrendous.

Is that the order number from say Randox, or the actual code from the box?

Hi

We’ve used antigen tests at Malaga airport twice now. Simple and cheapest choice. €24 Just book online about 2 1/2 hours before your flight. Don’t just turn up they are now getting busy and turning people away. Results in about 5 -10 mins

That’s the order/reference number on your confirmation of order email I believe. Not the actual boxes.

I ‘think’ you only need an antigen test for the ‘fit to fly’ home. But check the ever changing UK.gov website to be sure. They are the cheaper test around €25 each.  That’s what we have booked for the end of July.
