Sadly, some dog owners are just selfish and lazy. I have a very large and powerful dog, who is never off his lead and I clean up his mess and disinfect the area as well. I do see dog owners just let their dogs off their leads and leave them to it. Take pictures and post them, soon stop them, or you could borrow my dog.

It would be good if most Dog Walkers were like Kevin, I am sure there are quite a few who clean up after themselves,
