Permission to meet our removals company in Estepona

We are making arrangements to have our "stuff" in storage in Ibiza moved to a storage facility in Estepona. Our removals company have asked
"In order to please the Guadia Civil, have you got an end of rental agreement or hour sale that forces you to leave in a lockdown"
If stopped by the police or Guardia Civil, what exactly do I need to show them, and how do I obtain it?
