Medical recomendations Estepona

HI, recommendations please. I'll be visiting Estepona at the beginning of December with a friend who has some health problems. We're looking into the possibility of him spending part of the year in Estepona-so not moving out permanently (at least at the moment) but long enough that he will need to access a doctor/medication renewal out there. Anyone had good experiences with particular medical centres. (I speak fluent Spanish, he doesn't at the moment but is very good with languages and would want to learn) Thanks
